To customers who have been using our products for a long period of time
～IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON PARTS SUPPLY～
We are very grateful for your continued use of our products.
We have been making efforts to ensure the stable supply of maintenance parts for products we have manufactured and delivered to date by stockpiling parts and using substitutes. However, it is getting hard to source raw materials as well as to secure manufacturing facilities and related engineers for such products . We are now reaching the limit of continuing the supply.
Under this situation, we may not be able to meet your expectations in supplying parts for our products that have been manufactured for approximately 30 years.
(please note that the supply may be terminated before the deadline depending on the inventory status.) we apologize for the inconveniences caused by this.
