At the Japan Woodworking Machinery Exhibition (Wood Eco Tech 2015), the NTB system (new band saw lumbering system) won the "technology excellence award". In the demonstration, we made a big impact on many people, and the number of inquiries is rapidly increasing. Please experience the speed with your own eyes.
The most important feature of NTB system is that a band saw does not require tensioning and back processing. It is used in set with a high-speed band saw machine, and stable sawing performed at speed of 60 m/min and more. The video is a fully automated (robot) type twin band saw with the NTB system, which is currently in high demand. Our fastest twin band saw, which is the most suitable model for labor saving and high productivity.

Log diameter: 14 - 50 cm (max. diameter of log rotating) The log is measured by non-contact laser, the machine analyses shape of log and adjust its position for most suitable sawing pattern. Sawing speed is 60 m/min (guaranteed for Japanese Cedar /sugi/). Cycle time is less than 18.5 sec/ log (1+1 cut).
