OI. Innovation Co., Ltd. was established on October 17, 2018.
Oi Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (O) and Ishida Engineering Co., Ltd. (I), which were manufacturers of sawing machinery, have merged and become the first company in the sawing machinery industry to provide total support for debarking, sawing and band saw-related technologies.
Both companies have a long history and have been supported by a large number of stakeholders, staff, and many customers. The new company is determined to take full responsibility of this entire history through great teamwork.
Wood as a renewable resource will attract more and more attention for its role in the future. I believe that it is our major mission to give value to this important resource and enable proper recycling. We will continue to take on the challenge of making further contributions to the development of the lumbering industry while responding to changes in the world.
